Dunkin' Donuts is the biggest global restaurant that serves coffee donuts and different types of baked food. I chose to investigate this website because I love donuts and coffee, and I thought it would be fun to see how a big brand operates its website to suit its users' liking.


    What features/elements did you like and why?








    The elements that I like are the colors that Dunkin' donuts uses, it's a beautiful mix of white, brown, orange and pink which gives the website a vibrant and lively look. What I also liked is the menu on the homepage; it's clear and easy to follow, which helps the user navigate easily without being overwhelmed. I also liked how they designed their menu by sections, also added photos for reference which makes it easy to make a choice and order.


    o   Would you incorporate any of the features/elements into your next web pages? State which elements you would add and why (include at least one for each website). 

    Yes, I would add vibrant colours to the logo of the webpage. I feel that will draw more users to visit the website. I would also add high-quality photos to enhance the users' experience on the web.


    o   What features/elements enhanced the user experience within the web page/site?

    A feature that enhanced the user's experience within the site is the high quality and attractiveness of the baked goods and drinks. Another element is the easy navigation of the app, which makes the user less confused or overwhelmed.

I picked this website because of the animation and the important message they're trying to tell the users, which is to use Prometheus fuel, which is made by pulling CO2 out of the air, then turning it into usable fuel to help reduce the causes of global warming.  I picked this website as my unique website because it's entirely different from the other websites.  I reviewed it's not like an ordinary shopping or business website, it provides a bigger purpose because it combines creativity, technology and science, to present helpful facts to users about important topics like global warming.
